London police qualifies Chileans as the most skilled thieves they must face

Bond explains that the usual method of these bands is to choose a victim leaving a store or a hotel.Then they will follow it during the day, replacing each other and keeping as close as possible while waiting for an opportunity.Then they will act when the person is testing a couple of shoes, he feels in a cafeteria or wearing a mechanical ladder.

The hands of a thief
