If you are a bit addicted to lipsticks, it is likely that more than once you have wondered what product your favorite actress is wearing in a certain movie. Today it is easier to find out, because even the brands themselves deliberately announce which lipstick they have placed in the mouths of the most sought-after performers of the moment. There are recent cases such as Maleficent by Angelina Jolie, with the mythical Russian Red tone by MAC; or the acclaimed Cruella by Emma Stone, which has even given rise to her own makeup collection, also at MAC. Then there are the firms that have recreated the most famous lipsticks from the movies, something especially useful when you are looking for the exact shade but it is impossible to find where was the original or, directly, the product has been discontinued. Examples? Urban Decay's Pulp Fiction shade, in honor of Mia Wallace (who, by the way, we do know was wearing Chanel's Vamp nail polish); or Some Like It Hot, for the classic Marilyn Monroe film, launched some time ago by the firm Bésame Cosmetics (which, unfortunately, is not available in Spain).
And then there are the real lipsticks that the makeup artists of the shooting used in each film, and that diving a lot on the internet can be deciphered between old interviews with those responsible for the makeup. Something that in many cases is not easy to confirm, but that has generated a certain legend around certain products, whose multiple online searches, threads in specialized forums and best seller posters seem to end up assuring that it is the signatures and shades Authentic ones worn by our favorite stars and in many cases still available for purchase today. Here are some of the most wanted.
