Ana Boyer Preysler is at her best and she knows the recipe. In her Instagram posts, the word "Love" is repeated like a mantra. Her love for her husband, her family, her projects... is her talisman. We chatted with her about another type of love, the one we cultivate to get closer to our best version and we discovered the leading cosmetic firm in Japan for which she is fascinated, in a TELVA project for Clé de Peau Beauté.

What is your good morning ritual?

I like to take a refreshing shower and make myself a cup of tea, it's the first thing I drink as soon as I start the day. Then I follow a very simple routine with the Key Radiance Care line. With just three steps, this anti-aging ritual has given my skin the ultimate luminosity. In my case, I discovered Clé de Peau Beauté because it is the cosmetic leader in Japan -the country with the best skin in the world- and ever since I tried its products I have been fascinated by the immediacy of its results.

How do you cultivate self-care?

Between travel, family and commitments it is not always easy to find a moment to dedicate yourself to yourself. However, it is important to find time to disconnect: read, train or perform a beauty ritual.

What are your favorites?

Of the firm's icons, I prefer La Crème, a treatment that maximizes the skin's capacity for self-regeneration; I love its rich yet light texture. I am also a fan of the Correcting Cream Veil primer, one of their bestsellers. And I can't forget The Foundation: it's not just a foundation, it's also a treatment product with a natural, luminous finish. The makeup collection is really wonderful and can be the perfect Christmas gift.
