The Nation Tourist attractions of Paraguay are promoted in Spain

With the purpose of promoting the tourist attractions of Paraguay, journalists from the Spanish Basque media Euskal Irrati Telebista (EiTB) toured destinations in the country. Today they are already being promoted in Spain, as reported by the National Secretariat of Tourism (Senatur).

The tour included visits and recordings in the spiritual city of Paraguay, Caacupé; the gastronomy of San Juan Bautista, Misiones; the beaches of Carmen del Paraná and Encarnación. They also appreciated the Guaraní Jesuit Missions in the Santísima Trinidad del Paraná and Jesús de Tavarangue; and the yerba mate plantations in Bella Vista, Colonias Unidas.

In the eastern part of the country, they toured the commercial streets of Ciudad del Este, the Itaipu Binacional hydroelectric plant, the Monday Falls and the Monday Adventure Park, where they experienced natural wealth first-hand. They finished their tour in Paraguayan territory enjoying our typical dishes, a visit to the popular San Jerónimo neighborhood, the Panteón de los Héroes, the López Palace, the House of Independence, the Railway Museum, the Cathedral and the Historic District of Asunción .
