This is stated by Spring Professional, the Adecco group's management and executive selection consultant, which has published this Wednesday a list with the most sought after and quoted job profiles in 2022.

Within the Health sector, the most demanded profile, as it was in 2021 after the appearance of covid, will be that of a nurse. His function, according to the consultant, is one of the most important in public, private or concerted companies. However, the mutual nurses have also played a very important role in 2021 and will continue to do so in 2022.

Occupational nursing, assistance, intensive care, operating room, geriatrics and hospitalization are examples of the fields of work within which nursing profiles are most in demand. However, the most sought-after profile will be that of dermatologists, with a fixed salary of between 70,000 and 120,000 euros per year.

In the legal sector, the lawyer specialized in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) will be the star profile of 2022 as a result of the return to business operations after the pandemic. As for the best paid, it will once again be the partner with a client portfolio, whose remuneration will depend on sales and the portfolio provided.

For its part, in the logistics field, the profile most sought after by companies will be that of demand planner, in charge of organizing sales and operations. Its main functions are related to stock monitoring and forecast control. The most sought-after will be that of logistics innovation project manager, whose remuneration ranges between 50,000 and 60,000 gross annual fixed euros, plus a percentage in variables.

The main mission of this profile is to be the link between the strategy and execution of the project, being able to manage a team or a sales channel. The most sought-after will be that of a commercial engineer, with a fixed annual salary of between 45,000 and 70,000 euros gross, with variables of between 15% and 30%.

The energy will also have a leading role. The most sought-after profile this year will be development and promotion engineer, while the most sought after, with a salary of between 35,000 and 45,000 euros gross per year plus a variable close to 10%, will be photovoltaic electrical engineer.

The consultant highlights the urgency of companies to find new formulas to attract and retain their workers. The challenge is to avoid situations like the well-known great resignation that the United States is undergoing.
