Rosalia announces your own lipstick with Mac Cosmetics

(EFE News).- Rosalia on Monday has launched its own lipstick in association with the multinational company of Cosmetics Mac, with which it has become the new ambassador of its non -profit campaign Viva Glam.

"Beauty can express and conceive in many ways.Beauty is to be connected with who you really are and what is your path.There is nothing more beautiful, attractive and inspiring to me that, ”Rosalia told Efe when announcing the initiative.

Rosalía's lipstick with Mac is "vibrant and saturated", with matte tone, which reflects its personality and art, has described, meanwhile, Baltasar González Pinel, artistic director of Mac in Europe, Middle East,Africa, India and Russia.

"Taking its roots in flamenco, the art of Rosalía mixes genres and emotions: it takes risks, it is full of generosity, it is pure brilliance," adds González, who states that the lipstick contains the "charisma, energy and strength" of the star Spanish.

The company reports that it had chosen Rosalia for being "a dynamic feminist that inspires self -expression and represents creativity and individuality".

The collaboration between Mac and Rosalia represents the twenty time time that the American cosmetics company launches a joint product for its Viva Glam campaign.

Previously associations with other front -row artists have been made, among which are Winnie Harlow, Sia, Miley Cyrus, Elton John, Mary J.Blige and Ricky Martin, among others.

"It is an honor to be the image of Viva Glam26 and champion a cause that is inclusive, which supports individuality and donates 100 %," said the artist.

Since 1994, this initiative has raised and donated more 500 million dollars (almost 420 million euros) worldwide.

This year, the total of what is collected with the Rosalia lipstick "will help support women and girls, the people affected by HIV/AIDS and (to the community) LGBTQ+," reports the company.

Mac had also announced in April that his 2020 beneficial campaign would dedicate several million dollars to 250 organizations worldwide that are on the front line and at the service of the communities affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
