THOSE who wear foundation will be familiar with the frustration when they find their favorite white t-shirt has been covered in makeup.
Beauty guru Alessandro is no exception, but luckily he has found a simple solution that will instantly remove leftover blemishes.
"How many t-shirts I've thrown away before I knew this tip," he told his 274,000 Instagram followers.
“If you wear makeup, I know this has happened to you.
"And usually the base doesn't come off after you throw it in the washing machine."

Turns out there's a crucial step we've all been skipping, according to him: spraying shaving foam on foundation-covered areas, particularly the neck area.
In the short video, Alessandro demonstrated the trick, adding that it's important to grab a can of foam, not gel.
Once applied, let it sit for about five minutes and rub the product on the stains with a soft, clean cloth.
To remove the excess shaving foam, he throws the garment in the washing machine with the rest of the linen and watches as the top comes out looking like new.
"No more throwing away pretty tops," he said as he revealed the final results.
"Voila!"
"My life. Has been. SAVED”, a user thanked the guru.
Another recommended: "Gillette's edge is the best (we use it in movies to remove blood stains!)".
One critical viewer did not seem so impressed, commenting: “Or you can just use the stain remover spray.
"You can buy almost anywhere at a low price."
“Shaving cream doesn't work”, someone shared the same opinion.
For those who didn't have shaving foam on hand, a fellow Instagram user claimed that Castile soap and hydrogen peroxide work just as effectively.
