3.- A good handshake
When you arrive at the interview, he always greets hand with a firm squeeze and looking towards the eyes of the person who interviews you. This gives a good impression that reflects self -confidence.
In addition, Damián recommended not to greet from kiss or hug who interviews you for any reason. This will avoid some misunderstanding.

Hernández advises being concise when answering the questions asked by the interviewer.
“Mention examples of solutions you have made in your old job.If you ask you about your weaknesses, explain how you are working on them, ”he said.
5.- Take care of your body language
Try not to sit in a very relaxed position.Sit right with your straight back and avoid crossing your hands and legs.
In addition, Hernández adds that it is beneficial to maintain visual contact with the interviewer, especially when answering the questions of the same.
6.- How to mention a dismissal
If you were fired, Damián recommends talking in the interview without going into details.
"You can mention the basics to make known that it was a dismissal, but avoid talking badly about people and the company," he said.
7.- BE PUNCTUAL
Do not arrive so anticipated or just at the time.Damián recommends arriving between 5 and 10 minutes before your interview.

The day of the interview is printed your curriculum in case they request it at that time.
Damián recommends taking up to 4 versions of it: in Spanish, English, with and without photography.
