Hand luggage must be less than the following dimensions: 55 cm long, 40 cm wide and 25 cm high. In addition, it may be carried as long as its nature or dimensions do not affect the safety and comfort of passengers.

Some rules that the crew must follow are to ensure that the total weight in the storage compartments is not exceeded, that no carry-on luggage is carried during an evacuation, and that the procedures for handling all bags are followed.
Likewise, in accordance with the Civil Aviation Law, the permit holder or concessionaire (the airline), may only request payment from the passenger for weight and dimensions greater than those established for hand luggage.
