Premier Spain, the developer specializing in residential housing that belongs to the French group Bassac, has closed the first half of 2021 in green by registering an aggregate turnover of 67 million euros, derived from the delivery of homes, which is going at the expected rate .

And it is that in this period, the company has delivered 43.2% of the 734 homes that the company has set as a target for this year. Vicenç Topas, CEO of Premier Spain, highlights that "the figures obtained at the end of the first half of 2021 are a clear reflection of the strength that the promoter has in Spain. The good work carried out and the commitment to digital transformation make these figures reflect the positive evolution of the company in operational, commercial and financial terms".

Given the good results achieved in the first half of the year, Jorge Martínez Carmona, financial director of Premier Spain, states that "as estimated at the end of 2020, the company has the financial capacity and the necessary potential to achieve a promising scenario. These numbers predict a particularly favorable 2021 financial year for Premier Spain".

The company also managed to stay afloat last year by ending 2020 with revenues of 128 million euros, an increase of 13% compared to the same period in 2019. On the other hand, the company's EBITDA suffered a drop of 21%, up to 19 million euros, due to the lower profitability of the delivery of subsidized housing in its portfolio.
