Cristina does not need to take advantage of the funds of retirees

Cristina Fernández de Kirchner has just tried to emulate Evita by calling herself “Groncha Peronista”.

She can try to convince her adherents, but her figure has more the appearance of a wealthy owner from Recoleta than a member of the “gronchos” with whom she wants to identify.

In her public appearances, at events, meetings, and at the Casa Rosada, Cristina Kirchner flaunts shoes for $2,000 a pair, Rolex watches, Louis Vuitton handbags, also valued at thousands of dollars, and exclusive designs by French or national couturiers from high end.

He also fails when trying to identify with Evita Perón as the standard-bearer of the humble. It is a difficult association considering that it subtracts one million six hundred thousand pesos per month from the ANSeS funds for its privileged retirements. Funds that belong to retirees who mostly receive less than 30,000 pesos per month. Also, he filed a lawsuit against the ANSeS for a retroactive amount of one hundred million pesos.

It is difficult to understand this suction of the funds of retirees who receive scant or miserable amounts, of someone who does not need them and intends to become a standard-bearer for the humble, emulating Eva Perón.

Voices, claims and expectations of retirees

Given the adverse electoral result in the PASO elections, the highest authorities of the deteriorated ruling coalition have begun to speculate on how to achieve a favorable electoral result in the planned elections for Sunday, November 14, 2021, instead of dedicating themselves to governing properly, which is what they were elected for.

Giving extra money to retirees or beneficiaries of Social Plans with the intention of obtaining votes is not governing, but speculating. Trying to convince those who did not turn out to vote in the PASO so that if they do so for the ruling party in November 2021, it is not governing either, but rather speculating.

Changing ministers of the Executive Power due to the adverse electoral result clearly demonstrates that until now there has been speculation and no government.

“Cristina does not need to take advantage of the funds of retirees”

If the government speculates, it harms the people because what it is demonstrating is that what matters least to it is the well-being of the people and what matters most to it is to continue in the government at all costs.

Historically, many legislators have affected citizens' rights instead of defending them. They not only hurt retirees for about 60 years, in their assets. They approved laws that harmed their interests and those of the rest of society related to taxes, security, health, welfare, etc.

Never any laws that affect them. In 2019 with the law of superpowers, against Art. 29 of the National Constitution, and they modified the retirement mobility previously assigned to it. The law cannot be retroactive due to the National Constitution and legal certainty.

In 2018, at the end of the year, the financial income law that was applied as of January of that year, another unconstitutional act. The same applies to the wealth tax law in 2020, for those who had assets above a certain amount. They are assets acquired before and should not have been reached for the same reason as the other cases, only after the law became effective.

Profits, applied to salaries and retirees, Congress has never defended this abuse, an illegal tax. They do not give effect to the domain extinction law, which is boxed in and is to be applied to them and to all those politicians or not who obtained spurious assets and cannot justify them. As it is retroactive, they do not process it, also so as not to return what they have stolen.

This is a betrayal. An act of cowards and thieves. Retirees, those who do not protect us should not vote, especially now that they have lost the PASO and they are going to give us a raise to continue betraying us, if they win again.

I am 69 years old. I am an Argentinian living in Spain. At the age of 65, through the Argentina-Spain International Agreement, I began processing my Argentine retirement. The Pension Institute of the Province of Buenos Aires (IPS) with file No. 021557-456985.0.18.000 ended its management approving my retirement contributions on May 29, 2020, sending with Sender Code No. 1511102 of the Provincial Directorate of Benefits and Appeals to the ANSeS, with Code No. 7000000.

It is not the destination of this document, since it should have been done to the ANSeS international agreements, Code No. 12111030. When we realized the error, my attorney and I asked the director of Personnel, Services and Coordination of IPS procedures, that they find my lost file or, failing that, that they reconstitute said document.

After four emails, two document letters and a claim before the Ombudsman's Office, the response has been nil. I make this situation public as a last resort, so that through this letter the general public and retirees in particular realize the inexperience, negligence, lack of responsibility and lack of empathy that the IPS staff have.

I went to the Noguera clinic in Padua to have a pair of orthopedic boots made, and the orthopedic doctor forgot certain details of how they were made. At PAMI Ituzaingó they rejected me, I took everything they asked for, like all these years.

My problem is my right foot, it has a little iron so that the foot stays straight. Now they ask for more things, the height, also the number. Things that orthopedic experts always did; not the doctors. This is a waste of money, paying a person who accompanies me, remis to move from here to there.

The doctor took almost four hours to see me, and on top of that having to do the same process because according to the PAMI it was done badly. Do I have to wait for an appointment, for another two months from the trauma doctor? The culprit is the traumatologist, it's not me.

I need the boots urgently because I can't walk.
